Cool Barrier Roof Optimum for steep and Low slope roofs is an excellent quality, waterbased, super durable liquid applied membrane based on supreme waterbased polyurethane resins. It forms an extremely high reflective semi-gloss surface that blocks the incoming solar radiation thus remains cooler under the sun, contributing to energy savings from cooling needs. The composition allows the application on flat and low slope roofs where optimum adhesion, sag control and early dirt pick up and water resistance is critical. It withstands in difficult weather conditions such as rain, standing water conditions, snow, UV radiation and heavily polluted environments. It prevents mould formation. Cool Barrier Roof Optimum performs excellent solar reflectance and infrared emittance valiues and can be used where LEED building certification is applied. This is a CE Certified product according to ETAG 005, Part 6.
